These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of easygoodsmart.net and the staffing and placement services provided by EASYGOODS MART LLC ("EasyGoods", "we", "us"). By using this website, applying for a role, or subscribing to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
EasyGoods is a staffing and placement company operated by EASYGOODS MART LLC, 743 South Main St, Princeville, NC 27886. We recruit and refer candidates to employers for remote, full-time, part-time, and contract work. We are not the employer of record for roles we place unless a written agreement says otherwise, and we do not guarantee that any application results in a job offer.
2. Using this website
You agree to use this site lawfully and to give accurate information when you contact us or apply for a role. You may not submit other people's information without their permission, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to scrape or submit forms.
3. Applications and placements
- Pay ranges, schedules, and worksites shown on listings are provided by the hiring employer and may change before a start date.
- We never charge candidates a fee for applying, for being placed, or for training. If someone claiming to represent us asks you for payment, contact us at [email protected].
- Employment terms — pay, benefits, scheduling, and duration — are between you and the hiring employer.
4. SMS Communications
Program name and description. The EasyGoods text message program sends recurring automated messages to people who opt in, including marketing and promotional messages about job opportunities, job opening alerts, application status updates, interview reminders and scheduling, new assignments and onboarding updates.
How you opt in. You join by visiting easygoodsmart.net/updates, entering your mobile phone number, and checking the optional consent box, which is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase, of applying for a role, or of any placement. You may submit the form without checking the box.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the roles you are being considered for. We do not send daily bulk messages.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply for each message we send and for each message you send us, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages, or UNSUBSCRIBE for the same result. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (708) 312-0532. Opt-in keywords START,YES are also supported.
Your mobile information. We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers and SMS consent, with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Full program terms. The complete details of the text message program, including carrier disclaimers and the auto-reply messages you may receive, are in our SMS Terms. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.
5. Third-party sites and services
Employer websites and any other third-party services you reach from this site are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.
6. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every listing is available at the moment you read it, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EASYGOODS MART LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from a hiring decision made by an employer.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
